Dr Janette Young is a Consultant, Coach and Author: Purveyor of Innovation and Transformation.   A facilitator of personal and professional self-awareness, resilience and digital leadership. She focuses on creativity, innovation and intangible value to support change.  Janette has worked as a Senior Academic in UK Universities for many years in the management arena and brings her knowledge of qualitative research to her work.  In her books she draws on the voice of creative leaders as she discusses knowledge creation and more recently, personal resilience for leaders.   Author of Personal Knowledge Capital:  The Inner and Outer Path of Knowledge Creation in a Web World and Leadership Resilience in a Digital age.
