With over 27 years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Mallick exemplifies dedication through roles such as Client Partner, Program Manager, Solution Architect, and HR specialist. His involvement as a CSR leader and TrueAbility Wellness Specialist showcases his commitment to social impact and education. Mallick’s international recognition as a Changemaker reflects his unwavering passion for creating positive change in the community.

Early Career and Professional Journey

Mallikarjuna, affectionately known as Mallick, began his illustrious career as a journalist with Eenadu News Media. His keen eye for detail and passion for storytelling laid the foundation for a career marked by continuous learning and adaptation. He then transitioned to the role of a student advisor and technology trainer at NIIT, where his ability to impart knowledge and mentor young minds became evident.

As Mallick’s career progressed, he embraced diverse roles, each adding a new dimension to his expertise. He served as a webmaster and Database Administrator (DBA) at NISC supporting research publication’s, followed by a pivotal role as the Head of IT & MIS at FHPL TPA. His tenure at Apollo Hospitals as a Senior Manager of Corporate IT further solidified his reputation as a leader in the healthcare technology sector.

His journey continued with Accenture, where he took on the responsibilities of an offshore leader and project manager, supporting transition projects and enterprise database services. Mallick’s ability to manage projects, people, and research programs, global university relations academic ambassador,  was further honed during his time at IBM, where he also served as an academic relations ambassador.

At Kyndryl, Mallick’s influence grew as he led global engineering programs, communication, and skills enablement initiatives. As a Chief Solution Architect and Co-leader at Kyndryl’s Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Center of Excellence (COE), he played a crucial role in driving innovation and transformation in the healthcare sector.

One of Mallick’s most significant contributions is his work with True Ability Challenges 2025, focusing on persons with disabilities (PwD) and neurodiversity. As Chairperson Kyndryl India, he has been instrumental in advocating for inclusivity and creating opportunities for individuals with diverse abilities to thrive in various professional and personal capacities for more than 2 decades.

His doctoral research in human resource management and organizational behaviour with theme of ESG challenges of True Ability further underscores his commitment to understanding and improving the dynamics of the inclusive workplace.
